Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Time

i. Fandbee shall deliver the customer Order to the delivery address provided by the customer. Customers may choose for their Order to be delivered during their purchase or scheduled for a specific time. An estimated delivery time will be provided to the customer through conversation confirmation but delivery times shall vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g., order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.).

ii. We do not deliver on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays. Hence, your order will be processed on the next working day.

 

Unsuccessful & Failed Deliveries

i. In the event delivery was made but we are unable to do so due to the reasons that may or not caused by the customer, including but not limited to:

• no one was present or available to receive the Order; or

• customer was un-contactable despite attempts to reach the customer via the phone number provided; or

• lack of appropriate or sufficient access to deliver the Order successfully; or

• lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the Order

 

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fees at RM 9.99 flat rate.

 

No-show Cancellations

i. If the customer remains un-contactable or fails to receive the Order within 10 - 15 minutes max. upon the arrival of the 3rd Party Delivery at the given delivery address, Fandbee Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the order without refund or remedy the customer.

ii. We will re-deliver the orders again with re-arrangement of delivery and payment agreed by the customer. 

 

Refund/Return and Cancellation

i. Customers to report issues (e.g., wrong order, defective order, or missing items) on the product back to Customer Service (careline@fandbee.com / 0174083877) immediately within the first 30 minutes of receiving the order.

ii. All products with issues should be returned to Fandbee Sdn Bhd immediately or no later than the next business day. All return transportation costs will be borne by the customer.

iii. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

iv. Fandbee may request photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with customer Order. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods customer received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will compensate the customer for the entire or partial of the Order.

v. All modes of payment used via the Fandbee Social Commerce platform shall be refunded following the customer payment mode. All payment refunds will be following the bank’s standard practices (max. 14 business days). Please take note that each issuer bank will or might have different periods to reflect on the refunded sum in your bank account/statement.

vi. Cancellation is only allowed and applies if customer/s made payment and the goods have NOT exited the outlet.

vii. Unavailable stocks in an order made.
